  1. TERRIBLE experience. I have been in Bitcoin for a long time. Wne t to buy a Google Play card for my son like I have a hundreds times in the past and bitpay was the processor. After an hour I just gave up. TERRIBLE wallet. Terrible addressing. They think they are smarter than everyone and come up with their own thing? Won’t ever buy anything from a store that uses that junk!!!!!

  2. Complete SCAM, will lead you around and simple block you from your funds.

Worst part is, they are withoulding a refund from a merchant that has issued the refund.

NEVER USE ANYTHING CONNECTED TO BITPAY.
THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY BY TIRING YOU OUT WITH ENDLESS USELESS RUNAROUNDS.

STAY AWAY AND NEVER USE BITPAY.

  3. fortunately i only lost ~$140 to these hucksters, after trying to send to my own wallet from bitpay, transaction expired/money lost, given song&dance by support trying to gaslight me first saying never made to blckchn, then saying problem with receiving wallet.

  4. I have submitted all the paperwork and sensitive information to get a payment account set up. I completed my responsibilities TWO MONTHS ago and haven’t heard a word back. I’ve followed up and created further tickets. Ghost company, which seems to match up with other reviews.

  5. the merchant i sent .23 eth via bitpay still has yet to receive it. Bitpay took the eth out of my wallet (have txn) within 1 minute and then it stayed on awaiting payment. I contacted bitpay 22 hrs ago without a response. DONT USE BITPAY. All i want is a refund OR my money hitting the merchant.
